Clinique 7

Privacy notice

Draft of October 27, 2026, pending the clinic’s approval.

Who collects your information

Clinique 7 is responsible for the information you send on this page. Medical+, the agency that manages its advertising, processes it on the clinic’s behalf as a service provider.

What we collect

  • Your answers to the four questions and your contact details (name, phone, email).
  • The ad that brought you here (campaign identifiers, no health information).
  • An anonymous count of page activity (visit, questions reached, calls), with no cookie or identifier.

Why

  • To reach you the way you chose and schedule a consultation.
  • To rank your request by priority for the clinic’s team, based on your answers (for example your timeline and budget).
  • To learn which ads bring real consultation requests.

Meta ad measurement, only with your consent

If you click “Accept” in the banner, Meta’s measurement tool (Facebook, Instagram) loads and may set up to two cookies. Meta then learns that you visited the page and, where applicable, that you started the questions, called the clinic or sent a request. If you tick the optional box in the form, the clinic also sends Meta your email and phone in coded form, along with the technical data of your visit (IP address, browser, ad click). When a request goes to the clinic’s team right away, Meta also receives a flag calculated from your answers; your answers themselves are never sent to Meta. Without your consent, nothing is sent to Meta.

Who has access to your information

The clinic’s team, which receives your request by email. Our service providers, only for their task: hosting the page, sending emails, the database (hosted in Montréal) and Medical+, which manages the page. Meta, only with your consent, as described above. We do not sell your information.

Transfers outside Québec

Requests are stored and processed in Montréal. Some services are provided by companies located outside Québec, notably in the United States: page hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), the transfer of requests made in a Facebook or Instagram form (Make) and Meta’s ad measurement, if you accept it. Your information may therefore be sent there.

Cookies

No non-essential cookie is set before your choice in the banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. The table below lists each cookie.

How long

  • Requests are deleted 12 months after the ad campaign ends, unless you become a patient: your file then follows the clinic’s own rules.
  • Meta’s cookies expire after 90 days. Your banner choice is kept for 12 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time: for the banner, with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page; for the Meta box or any other request, by writing to info@clinique7.com. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
